Description

Airwindows Distortion is a slightly "dark" analog-style distortion plugin optimized for high sample rates with several preset options. It uses sample averaging to prevent extreme highs from interfering with aliasing, resulting in a warmer and fluid distortion effect. At 44.1k, the averaging produces a wide roll-off of highs, while at higher rates like 96k, it provides increased aliasing rejection and a "sweet spot" for warm and fluid distortion.
