Description

uLaw is a unique DAW plugin that employs a non-traditional "compansion" process to manipulate audio signals in an extreme manner. It consists of an encoder and decoder that apply and reverse a highly distorted effect, respectively. By sandwiching bitcrushers or other plugins between uLaw plugins, users can explore the plugin's wide range of sonic possibilities, from reducing bit noise to warping delays and EQs.
